  • You will get a reply with terms of services and how to discontinue support. Then “What's on your mind?”
  • After you respond, they reply “Thanks for sharing. We're getting a Crisis Counselor for you, it may take a moment.”
  • “Hi there, I'm _________, do you mind sharing your name with me?”
  • After you respond, they reply, “Hi _____, what's going on tonight?”
